Joel Meredith
Chief Executive Officer / President
As the founder and CEO of Collateral Risk Solutions, Joel’s leadership and 19-year background in the real estate valuation industry and specialization in investigative and fraud consulting has proved invaluable to CRS’ growth. His vision for CRS began with detailed knowledge of the market dynamics between primary lending institutions and secondary market investors. Joel leveraged this knowledge and began developing high quality, easy-to-use CRS products that are quick, accurate – and perfectly tailored to the industry’s needs. Meanwhile, he worked to assemble a team of experts with a single mission in mind. Not only would they be the best in their respective fields, carefully chosen for their experience and motivation, but each CRS team member would share a similar belief: That top-notch customer service is the vital ingredient to CRS being the best in the business.
