Our History
Collateral Risk Solutions was founded in 2001 by industry veteran Joel Meredith. Recognizing an opportunity within the industry to improve existing processes,
Joel set out to increase efficiency, accuracy and speed of delivery for high quality real estate valuation products. With the first part of the formula in place, the next step was to build a team of industry experts to execute CRS’ primary mission: delivering top-notch customer service to CRS clients. Real customer service is an increasing rarity
in an ever-more technical real estate valuation business. The combination of fast, accurate products and excellent customer service has proved to be successful, helping CRS to grow and prosper in a competitive industry.
