CRS is currently seeking candidates for the following position to join our team:

Residential Appraisal Desk Reviewer 

Position Description:

This is a telecommuting position.

Mandatory Requirements:

• State-Issued Appraisal License (must be in good standing); Certification Preferred

• Nationwide desk review experience (USPAP and non-USPAP compliant reports)

• Three years minimum review experience in a production position, where compensation has been based on production

• Experience with appraisal risk assessment evaluation for secondary market 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to readily identify fraud warning signs and overvaluation techniques

• Ability to effectively utilize data search tools including RealQuest, Win2Data, various      types of MLS boards (example: Tempo and Matrix)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate         at all levels
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Word
