Risk Solutions is seeking
Residential Appraisal Desk Reviewers
with nationwide desk
review experience (USPAP and non-USPAP
compliant reports).
Mandatory requirements include:
• Minimum three years nationwide
appraisal review experience where
compensation has been based on
production
• Experience with appraisal risk
assessment for secondary market
• Ability to identify fraud signs &
overvaluation techniques
• Ability to effectively utilize
data search tools including RealQuest
and various MLS boards
• Detailed written/verbal
communication skills and proficiency
in Outlook, Adobe and Word required
• Appraisal License/Certification
(certification preferred – must be
in good standing)
This job requires flexible hours.
Occasional overtime may be required
and weekends.

CLIENT SERVICES RESEARCH SPECIALIST:
Collateral Risk Solutions is seeking

Specific Duties:
• Review residential appraisal subject
data characteristics and documentation
• Navigate and verify data from
various MLS websites and Public Records
to support appraisals for reviewers.
• Data Verification/Audit Customer
documents for research process
finalization
• Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma
or equivalent; 2 or 4 year degree a plus
• Ability to develop and maintain
positive relationships with colleagues
and internal clients
• Clear understanding of the research
process acquired through practical
experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• 2-4 years office experience
• Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel
and Outlook
• Alpha numeric data entry skills
required -
10 key preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced office environment, maintain
organization with multiple projects and
competing deadlines
• Previous research history preferred,
but not required
